The 11 minute 45 second video covers the main points about the large gaps that line up with volume weighted average prices at each control point. That has not changed in months, and that should cause people who are unhedged in very uncertain conditions to be aware of the risks in the QQQs and NQ.

Both of these estimates assume time and price symmetry, and that can often be skewed by the action in the QQQs.
