I haven’t forgotten about that. Making another adjustment to the real estate business to pursue larger projects dinner less overhead intensive. I would like to see if I could turn the Buffalo traders riding into a profitable riding enterprise. Take care.
I am busy firing up the old hard money real estate lending business into small tract land sales. I will get back to you directly. If I can get this business automated (and it can be in a few months), I will return to this. I will always trade, but I also want the other stuff I do to pay off. 2024 and 2025 will be pivotal years. One will be because of the old business and the other will be litigation from two startups with patent violations. I intend to win on all of them, even if that is impossible. One way or another, something will kick in. Happy New Year to you as well!

I think it is an error and it may get overturned. I am about to contact them this morning. I have already left word with my CPA. Stuff happens. I can tell you a story sometime about 2007. That one was totally bizarre, but my CPA was also an enrolled agent, and he dealt with it. Life shall go on :) .
