Munger's bit about not minding volatility as long as the odds are in your favor is the one I keep coming back to. Do you keep notes on every trade or only the ones that go wrong?

As best I can now, I keep notes on all of them. I adopted TradeZella to do that, and it is worth the effort. I am now working on stop optimization to improve breakout trades I work in both directions, and it has helped enormously. If you keep notes, you begin to see areas of improvement, and you can dig into the data to find solutions to the hiccups you have in trading.
